Types of fast food are sandwiches, biscuits, pizza, pancakes, donuts, chips, etc. Regular eating of fast food harms one’s health. One must not eat fast food in a daily routine. One can eat fast food occasionally or it is rather better not to eat fast food at all. One must incorporate fruits, vegetables, nuts, lots of water in their daily diet routine. It is a must for the human body to eat at least two fruits per day to maintain health as fruits have certain minerals, vitamins, proteins, and sufficient water content in them. One must also drink at least eight glasses of water per day to keep your body hydrated and healthy. One must not touch soft drinks in their lifetime as they harm the human body. One must adopt the habit of drinking fresh fruits or vegetable juices instead of carbonated soft drinks.
